By the way, it is good for you that your company let you apply for EAD,
since I know that some companies, including mine, do not allow the EAD
application as long as your H1b status is still valid for a while. |

my wife needs EAD to work, but her ead is not approved, feel very nervous
about it.
also GC is still pending, still waiting for it.

but I fought with them and said my wife needs EAD to work! finally they
applied EAD/AP for us.
they won't give us anything before fighting for it.
