由于公司的律师原因,给整成了EB3,后来换了公司从新弄了一个EB2.140批了,PD是老的
PD,然后撇开公司的律师自己INTEFILE,做SR,联系议员.
1. EB2 OR EB3:
EB2 = BS + 5(+) YRS OR MS + 0 (+) YRS
EB3 = OTHERS
2. 140 批了,就可以KEEP PD了.最后拿到140的COPY再跳.
说说EB3 -> EB2
从EB2的PERM批了开始,
EB2的PERM 批了之后,可以加急办EB2140.在申请140的时候,附上EB3 140,最好还写一封
INTERFILE (要求PORT PD, 参考下面).
EB2 140批了以后,拿到140 COPY件后, 即使上面有老的PD, 自己一定要再给USCIS发一
个INTERFILE MAIL. 里面包括EB2和EB3 140, 485 (夫妻) 的COPY.等.

NOTE: 如果没有485 PENDING,就简单,拿EB2 140交485就是了.
另外可以同时给这两个地方发INTERFILE REQUEST 的电子邮件:

等USCIS 收到你的INTERFILE 的MAIL包裹1-2周后,可以做SR了.千万别做早了.否则SR就
没有什么结果.
准备好你的485和你的EB2 140.打电话:
1-800-375-5283
Option 1->1->1->2->2
接通后,告诉对方你有EB2140批了,想知道485是否UPGRADE到EB2了.一般L1直接给你转L2
(因为L1是看不到这些信息的,他们会转L2处理) , 到了L2,说同样的话.一般会让你等
一下,他会去系统帮你查.如果显示你的485还是EB3,让对方帮你REQUEST UPGRADE,这时
候可以给对方EB2 140.让L2帮你做INTERFILE SR. L2帮你的做的SR比L1效果好,因为里
面有EB2140的信息.如果做了SR,对方会给你要一个TRACK NUM.记住这个NUM.
NOTE: INTERFILE 的SR 一定要让L2帮你做,如果碰到L2不愿意帮你的查的,或不愿意做
的.通话完后.按照上面再打,
过1-2个星期之后,可以给T**************[email protected] 发SERVER REQUEST FOLLOW
UP 的EAMIL 了. TITLE: SERVER REQUEST FOLLOW UP － T1BXXXXXXXX (TRACK
NUM). 大概就说你什么时候做了INTERFILE SR,想问现在有什么结果,是不是485已经
UPGRADE到EB2之类.
一般1周就可以收到FOLLOW UP回复. 如果变成EB2了,可以按照上面再打电话让L2帮你确
认是否到EB2了.
如果已经到EB2了PD CURRENT了,可以过1-2周没动静, 再OPEN OUT OF PROCESSING
TIME SR. 同样,过几周在发FOLLOW UP.
最后一步需要时间多一点.
EB2之后, 485 一个月没有动静,要找议员了. 一般最好是UPGRADE 到EB2之后找议员,
485批的快. 如果 INTERFILE 在SR一个月之后还没有UPGRADE,也需要议员帮忙了.
另外EB3转EB2比较慢(1-6个月).需要耐心等待.否则会弄巧成拙.自己没有经验,SR做的就是有点太急了,结果批的特别慢.最后在议员办公室帮助下才顺利批了.以上时间都是在看到无数这样的CASE总结的.希望后来者能吸取我的经验,早日拿卡!!!

发帖数: 120 | 9 我觉得你可以再等1-2周,按照上面打电话问问是否改过来了.但是最好别要求做SR.
如果没有改过来.把摸按照你的情况班改改.按照上面试试.
觉得你的情况也应该需要你自己写一个LINK REQUEST,这样USCIS才会帮你LINK.因为
LINK,需要你的授权才可以该的.不然到最后可能还是会发REF要求LINK REQUEST.
做SR的时候, 你最好能让L1转到L2,然后找L2帮你查,然后做SR 去LINK到你的EB2 140.

发帖数: 120 | 19 如果EB3->EB2,都需要这样.INTERFILE的目的是两个:
1.首先保证你的485 (按照EB3交的)UPGRADE 到EB2
2.PD仍然是旧的PD.
非中印虽然都C,但是如果不UPGRADE 到EB2,你的CASE是调不出来的.这和高考调档差不
多.

but both of them said that they could not see if my i-485 was updated to EB2
. Is this information always available to L2 officer or should I try another
L2 officer?
