anti-frauds-abuses-of-h1-b-and-perms
Dear friends at trackitt,
Currently the Chinese at their forum mitbbs are talking about some
projects that advocate more strict investigation of frauds in H1-B and
PERMs. The idea is to revoke the applications which are proved to have
frauds. As we know, there are huge number of frauds from a few years ago
in EB3 which are currently in backlog. If we can push to reduce these
fraud applications, the backlog will be reduced a lot for entire EB3.
Also, as to the perspective of fair, get away the frauds is the first
step. A immigration system can never be fair if it permits frauds and
abuses. Actually frauds and abuses are even worse than illegal
immigrants because it's about cheating, which this country has zero
tolerance.
Grassley is a great senator to work with on this as the start. We can
also contact NumbersUSA. We should work with these resources to publish
the facts that how H1-B and PERMs are abused with frauds a few years ago
and they are now taking job positions that could be took by honest
immigrants or US workers. I believe this can receive a lot of supports.

烙印EB1C的数字急剧上升的。
