and the EAD/AP were approved on Jan. 19, 2012.
However I saw so many applicants who filed the cases later than me got their
green cards. I called the USCIS and they said it's case by case. I have no
choice but waiting. Anyone has a similar case? Thanks |

发帖数: 675 | 2 looks like there are some people around my filing nuumber still in initial
review on the website. My case was RFEd. You should be able to do SR becuase
TSC has processed cases around April 2011.

already received his green card. Our lawyer helped us to do a SR this
morning, he said the service center told him it is still in the normal
processing time period, and my request still could be under the service
request categorized as "Others". Hope all of us will be green soon. |
