bulletin after porting it my approved EB-2 I-140. I think I should be approved if USCIS follow the game rule.
But I do not believe they will be nice to me. F..K USCIS.
called 800 number twice. First time was lucky. 1st level transferred to 2nd
level, and then created a service request for me. 2nd time unlucky, the man
voice was very cold, and asked my employer to contact them. So hang up.
Send an email to EBupdate.tsc, got the following automatic reply.

AC21;

one has a current priority date;

chargeability; and

transferred due to eligibility for adjustment on another basis (i.e. based
on an I-130 with a current visa date).

You should expect an action to be taken on the application/petition within
90 days. If you do not receive a decision, a request for evidence, or other
notice on the case within 90 days, you may then send one follow up inquiry
to this email box. Please include a copy of the previous email for TSC to
reference and put the words 'FOLLOW UP - 90+ days" in the subject line.
Multiple follow-up requests on the same matter or follow up requests made
before 90 days have passed will not receive a response.
This email account does not replace general inquiry processes that are in
place for USCIS; general inquiries received at this email account will not
be addressed.

2nd tier的接电话的可以帮你开relink的request，要有耐心，拼命打，第一个要求转
2nd-tier，然后告诉接电话的你已经发过2-3个书面要求了，了无音讯，希望他/她能帮
忙，总有个把IO是好人，我去年relink到最后拿到绿卡，花了7个月，开了12个SR，打
了无数电话，议员找了三个，最后还是SR解决的。 | r********n
发帖数: 300 | 5 Wow, if 7 months, my 04/2006 EB3 may have already reached. In your case, I
guess your ported EB2 PD had been always current. In my case, for the next
Month to October, even EB-2 04/2006 will not be current. So looks like
pretty hopeless. Maybe i will just wait and enjoy other things, instead of
wasting life on a plastic card.

发帖数: 300 | 6 I got a mail from USCIS about this Service Request saying:
"All files associated with the Alien number are linked together."
So a phone call is enough to relink EB3 to EB2.
I will try to make another SR to ask them to approve my pending 485 based on
May visa bulletin. But I feel it will be hard to get the SR created.
approved if USCIS follow the game rule.
