最后一列数据的意思是进入FY2012以后有多少EB3C的demand现在变成elegible for
processing状态。这些最后不一定都被批准，因为可能被拒、升级为EB2/1、海归，或
因其他原因获卡。
现在再来看奥本的数据，某些月份没有release。

发帖数: 449 | 2 去年财政年度中国的cp比较少了，所以资料可以作为可靠的依据，出入不大。
今年年度再放300-400人解放比较可期。

“The data we post reflects all demand (DOS and USCIS) which has been
reported to my office at that time, and could be acted upon based on the cut
-off date(s) established for the upcoming month.”

那我就挺奇怪，三类统计数据说每年批4万多，但是demand data才少不到3万，差到哪
里去了
