several hundreds $, that is why i don't want to renew next Feb when it
expires.

的EAD／AP， 一个小孩的AP， 续要不少钱，关键是几乎不会在绿卡之前去用到。

my friend told me it cost several hundreds $ for their EB2-485 EAD/AP
renewal, it is free when applied together with 485, but not free when renew.
have you or your friend renewed for free?

If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or
Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, and you paid the I-485
application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for
employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765 together with
your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I
-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of
Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of a Form I-485.

等到9，10月大家都renew的时候，还要贴。

我3月交的485，5月的时候网上显示我的AP 和 EAD都批了，我也收到了 EAD APPROVIAL
NOTICE 和 EAD CARD. 可是我的不是 combo card。 我从来没有收到任何有关AP 的
documents. 我律师让我做 infopass，第一次去被告知 AP 寄出了，如果需要重新申请
AP，要重新交钱。第二次去还是相同的回答。 fuck the stupid uscis。我问他们有没
有tracking number 好让我去邮局查，他们又拿不出，凭什么说寄出了？我现在还在等
他们的 SR review.
有我这么倒霉的么！！！！

发帖数: 837 | 18 USCIS 好像是这样， 我的485 receipt邮寄丢了， 我打电话叫他们重新邮寄，被他们
拒绝了。 他们又不能提供track number. 更诡异的是 receipt是和 EAD/ AP 一块邮寄
出来的， ead/ap 都收到了。
网上显示AP批了就是批了，不用怕。打电话骚扰USCIS就是了。 不行的话就找他们
director. 再不行就找参议员。
