P.S. my H1-B got audited by USCIS, and there was no problem with my H1-B at
all. I think this is why my PERM was approved within two months and it took
less than a month to have 140 approved.
So, in the event that your H1-B is audited, don't worry, it could be a good
thing for your next step. |
