company) started an EB2 and relined the EB3 PD to the new EB2 case..
With November new current PD of 09012012, I asked the lawyer to submit a new
485 against the EB2.. but they said they only need to do "an AOS
interfiling" on the pending 485 which was submitted in Aug 2007..
is this correct? |

出来，告诉我应该再寄一份， 听着就来气， 一副漠不关心胡乱对付的态度。 我到是
又寄了一份， 谁知道这些王八蛋是否给LINK 到原先的PD， 我早就CURRENT 了， 啥消
息也没有， 也就是我不着急而已。 |
