一下使我老的帖子，根据大家的意见，我邮寄拉
所有I20， I94， I797，护照visa，和我原来学校出具的注册证名和学位证名。
我现在人不在家，急死我啦。
我和领导都收到REF, 居然内容还不一样。

我以前是F1 (2003/09-2009/05) 中间只在2005/01回国一次也签证啦,然后2009/06 OPT
知道H1B 2009/10开始.上班以后经常短期出境开会，都有H1签证，USCIS也没觉得有问
题，反而以前做学生乖乖待美国被怀疑身份。求大家帮忙。
我的PD 2010/01，这次大潮在2012/3月份交上去的485,交485之前最近一次入境今年
2012/1月底。

Sept 2004 to July 2009,我是F1 phd学生啊, 我也没转学校，2009/09工作后我是H1B
，申绿卡EB2, perm,140 都是单位律师给办的,当时所有i-20都给律师拉。不知道140那
步不需要交i20吗？
485自己弄得,我没交i-20,护照上visa都复印交拉阿。
我就不明白，我怎么可能被怀疑没身份哪？我应该交什么？
1，所有的i-20? 以前3次CPT, 1次OPT，所以虽然没转校，6张i-20.
2。税单？2004-2009？
3。护照上所有visa 再交一遍？ 会不会USCIS 不懂咱中国护照美国签证只有有效期一
年，但是我在美国身份以I20为准啊？
4。我在7月份换护照拉，这个这次也需要交待吗？还是我的visa 到2009为止都在旧护
照上，就暂时不用提这件换护照的事？ | l****n

required documentation/evidence (initial evidence) or the officer needs more
documentation/evidence (additional evidence) to determine an applicant's
eligibility for the benefit sought. We may send you a request for evidence
at any stage of our review. The request will indicate what evidence or
information is needed for us to fully evaluate your application or petition.
The notice will explain where to send the evidence and will give the
deadline for your response. Your application or petition will be held in
suspense during that time. If you receive a request for evidence and have
questions about what you need to submit, you may call our National Customer
Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
