要是左边的反对,那是利好,巴马应该能搞定.现在关键是右边的反对.最近有100多个保
守派人士给参议院共和党leaders发公开信反对CIR.所以,现在只是闯了一关.还有两关
要闯.一关比一关难.

show vote.不用担心.Hatch那个确实要麻烦些.
