Mr. Oppenheim was unable to attend the meeting here in SF, but through the
related attorney, he released the information that the EB-2 India Visa Cut-
Off date will indeed move to January1, 2008. | f**u
发帖数: 2769 | 2 EB2I进到2008年1月1日只需要8,000多个SO；要想再进到2008年8月1日的话大约需要17,
000个SO。前者相对靠谱，后者不太现实。以前分析过：
1. 去年ROW由于排期倒退，年度批准总量大约相当于往年3个quarter；今年要把去年那
个quarter补回来，批准往年5个quarter的量。
2. EB1、EB5的demand高涨，留给EB2的不会比往年多。
