employer, usually your direct supervisor, maybe plus his/her boss, then
present a job description and requirement. Your supervisor may polish or
update it.
Taking 3 weeks is really too long. One or two business days is enough. |

发帖数: 10191 | 6 OMG. This is your and your boss responsibility. You should make sure the
description is very very very detailed so that all applications would be
denied. Otherwise you are in trouble. Either your company found a qualified
citizen then you failed the first step, or you are very likely to get audit. |
