开始background check？下面这段又是什么意思？transferred to another office，
难道是从nsc转到tsc？是这个意思么？为什么要转呢？
On August 7, 2013, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER
PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to another office for processing
because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of
this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be
notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something
from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of
Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our
customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. | x*******y

受到USCIS的transfer notice。说我的case被transfer到这个地方
USCIS-NBC, PO Box 648005, Lee's Summit, MO 64064
We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has
jurisdiction over the case...
我在WA，怎么被转到MO了？要面试也太远了吧，什么意思？ | x*******y
