我今天收到了一封白宫的信，好像是白宫请愿注册以后开始收到的。后天下午有个活动
是副总统拜登和Cecilia Mu?oz,国内事务advisor，在网上回答网友关于immigration
reform的提问。
我刚才问了一个问题“中国移民作为美国高科技人才的重要贡献人群，绿卡排期要比别
的一些小国家的长好多年。对这个问题有没有什么改进措施？” 大家也都去问一个类
似关于我们中国移民的问题吧！
虽然这种活动我觉得主要是为了西裔移民搞的，但是是一个很好的机会让白宫听到来自
中国移民个体的声音。我们问的问题有很多，包括H1b工作签证的抽签，EB23绿卡的排期

要用Skype录一个10到20秒的视频上传。希望大家不要嫌麻烦！网页上有上传的
instructions，我也在这里贴一下：
1.首先打开你的skype
2. 搜索AskTheWhiteHouse
3. Windows的用户点“＋”号选择“send video message”;
Mac的用户选择Conversation的下拉菜单，同样选择“send video message”.
4. 开始录问题！ 我也是第一次用，录好以后可以播放自己看，不满意可以重录的。
