今天打开信箱收到USCIS的EAD/AP REJECTION NOTICE.
"The check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided. Please review the
Form Instruction for fee information. Please resubmit the application/
petition package with the appropriate fees to the address listed on the
bottom of this page"
"The eligibility code you provided on your I-765 requires proof that an I-
485 has been submitted. Please resubmit your Form I-765 with a copy of your
Form I-485 receipt notice (I-797)"
不知道怎么回事，立刻问了公司的律师
This was a USCIS error. For some reason, they completely overlooked that we
filed the I-765/I-131 with the I-485 simultaneously. I have no idea why
they would do this. When an applicant files I-765/I-131 with I-485s, there
is no filing fee required. For some reason, because USCIS assumed it was
being filed without an I-485 (I have no idea why they did that), they
thought it would require a check. We did nothing wrong in this situation,
it was merely USCIS error on the EAD/AP applications.
搞不懂为什么被拒，难道EAD/AP大家是等到RD才发的吗？被拒后律师又把材料和被批准
的RD重新邮寄了回去，不知道这样会影响打手纹的日期吗？USCIS还会给我新的通知吗
？EAD/AP还会批准吗？
公司的律师很混蛋外加糊涂，递交485的时候总共被拖了将近两个月，结果表格填完了
，我review了一下，起码有20多个错误，出生地国籍不填，VISA#搞错，A# H1B的和140
的混着用，竟然同时出现在一张表格了.我指出错误后,竟然又反复两次检查修正才改对
,真还不如自己填呢，花了钱还受罪。 | t*******e
