我知道PD肯定保留， 但不知道H１B 满六年是不是一定可以延期。如果以前的公司A

发帖数: 8807 | 4 You cannot get 3 years of H-1B extension if the 140 is revoked, but you can
get 1 year of extension regardless of 140 status based on AC21 106(a).

chance they will revoke your I140 is extremely small. You can extend your
H1B in an incremental of 3 years with an approved I140. I was in the same
boat before and went through the whole process. You can search for pjiang at

company won't do that, it costs legal fee.
Your firm cannot revoke your I140 unless there is a fraud. Therefore, the
chance they will revoke your I140 is extremely small. You can extend your
H1B in an incremental of 3 years with an approved I140. I was in the same

发帖数: 1977 | 16 按照我咨询的律师，如果前雇主不厚道，把你的140 withdraw的话，严格说来你的PD是
不能保留的，但是很多情况也蒙混过关了。我也和你一样的情况，想跳槽而纠结。
