t*******g 发帖数: 1518	1 My EB2-I140 was approved in mid of 2012. Shall I submit a different application for EB3-I140? if so, is my EB2-I140 still active at the same time? Many people say "downgrade" to EB3, does this mean amendment to EB2 I-140? If so, I will not be able to go back to EB2 status if there is a retrogress of EB3? sorry i cannot type Chinese...
