七月知道八月current，提前在7.23补做了medical exam。
想问问律师能不能帮忙催绿，结果都不理我，真是无良啊。决定还是靠自己。
状态一直是acceptance

当天在网上就找senator，收到自动的邮件回复，说会contact me。
Senator reply: 2014.9.4 收到实体信件，要求填一个authorization form。（虽然慢
，senator还是回信了。）
Mail out letter to Senator：2014.9.5. 平信，内附authorization form和重新写的
request
RFE通知：2014.9.11。状态终于变了。算算时间，应该是senator那边询问了之后吧。
抓紧通知公司，要求EVL。把原来485申请的样本改一改。
RFE received：2014.9.15 主申请要求medical exam， EVL 和work authorization，
副申请要求medical exam。 Officer ID： XM1297。赶紧准备材料，复印H1b和EAD，改
好EVL信打印完毕。准备两个小信封用来分装主副申请人材料，信封上标明名字，
receipt number和a number。在usps网站打印一个priority express的label，可以省
一些钱吧。
RFE mail out：2014.9.16 找公司签完EVL，跑邮局弄一个express信封，贴好打好的
label寄出
RFE delivered：2014.9.17， signed by W.Wilson
RFE review： 2014.9.18

Decision
On September 25, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on
the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60
days
following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing
referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before
receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-
5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.
终于赶在新财年前绿了。
还是要赶紧动手，没估计到senator回复花了这么长时间，还是应该SR时就找senator了。
现在就等通知了。
希望这些对还在等待的同志们有帮助吧。
刚刚收到senator的又一封实体信，显示他在Sep 10 contact USCIS，第二天就RFE了。
说明还是有效的。 |
