PERM Audit之后被拒
律师file了Appeal - MTR
最近收到律师邮件，说received confirmation that the DOL overturned its denial
of the PERM application and reopened the case for processing; we also
received tentative confirmation that the agency will approve the PERM
application.....
律师说30天内会收到offical 的决定， DOL仍然有可能找到其它理由来deny 这个PERM
请问怎么理解DOL的回复？为什么DOL要issue tentative confirmation for approval,
而不是30天给最终结果?
这个情况， 最终被据的可能性是不是还是很大？

我的perm也是被据了然后申请了appeal，lz能update一下你的 request是什么时候file
上去然后律师是 什么时候 收到 通知的吗？ 谢谢！祝好运！

"agency will approve the PERM application" 还没有最后给你approval notice，但
是已经说了会批。可能还有些内部的procedure 要走，才会send notice吧。

拒信中说如果要appeal, 必须30天内
律师是在30天到期的前两天file上去MTR (motion to reconsideration)
然后3个星期加两天收到的通知，中间包括圣诞和新年

"agency will approve the PERM application" 还没有最后给你approval notice，但
是已经说了会批。可能还有些内部的procedure 要走，才会send notice吧。
