做SR，还有的说要带着documents 去local office。现在该怎么办呢？ |

1. Call TSC/NSC for SR and get SR#
2. Call congressman and senator for them to follow up for you with your SR#
3. Follow up with the center again after ? days
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

receipt #.
submit a case inquiry chose case outside of normal processing time, fill the
required information online. then you will get an SR# via email.
