排期到了1个月也没绿，EAD卡给批了2年， 不是排期没到的才给批2年吗？会不会排期

1月5日SR， 1月8日说
“Our service records indicate your application is currently pending and has
been pre-adjudicated. Final review by an officer is dependent upon approval
of the Form I-140 as well as visa availability based of your category and
priority date.”
另外， 485 递交180天后， 如果RFE，工资低于prevailing wage 可以吗？
