是DOE项目。6篇影响因子一点多，零点多的烂杂志的文章是在国内硕士发表的，引用30
左右。没有review，请问niw/eb1a有希望吗？

tell you. Some of them offer free evaluations.
I learned a lesson long time ago when I just started working. I only
consulted with the lawyer that helped with my H1B. They were not very
confident on my case for NIW at that time so I didn't try and I missed a big
"da shui" and then another one later on. When I tried again, a few years
later. Most lawyers that I talked to told me that I had a strong case, but
my overall conditions didn't change at all comparing to a few years ago.
Then I knew that I should had talked to other lawyers at the very first time
. This is why I am still waiting for my green card. |

领域里），另外我还给NSF审过proposal，这个能加分不 |
