一段关于出生证明的：
Birth Certificate Requirements for I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications
USCIS has become increasingly demanding with regards to birth certificates
submitted by foreign nationals applying for permanent residence. All birth
certificates must:
1. Be issued by the local government where you were born;
2. Contain your full, correct first and last names;
3. Contain both of your parents’ full, correct first and last names;
4. Contain your date and place of birth; and
5. Be registered shortly after your birth.
