不幸被audit，但是心里想着，反正排期没到，等呗。
2015年3月，发现我们前后的perm都有消息了，赶快问了律师，律师一封email，晴天霹雳
根据那个信，是说perm打广告的时候只能用一个地址，不能写两个地址，所以拒了我们。
律师又说这个她以前都是写两个，不应该拒， 会file for reconsideration,大概需要
3-4周出结果。
在4周时，hr发信给律师，没消息，然后一周一封，到现在也有2周多了，还是没消息。
请问大家有听说或者经历过类似的事情么？这个律师不靠谱早就发现了，但是不知道
perm被拒有猫腻么？现在我们还能怎么办呢？
我等会把信po上来 麻烦大家帮我看看，浪费了3年的时间啊。。。真是无比郁闷。。。

注意 mor 和 appeal是两种不同的response, 记得以前在印度论坛看到过 perm
appeal 成功的案例,但是需要时间(可能会比audit的时间还长)和金钱(就是律师费,建
议找另外有appeal经验的律师询问一下.)
但是好像appeal的成功率不是很高,除非有concrete evidence证明是dol的错误. |

雇主用过一次 当时还挺靠谱的 这次也把公司惹怒了 绝对不会再用她了

好像我们这个地址出错是打广告的寄简历的地址 据说规定写的是address 没写one

) made a horrible mistake in my case. in the submission they directly copied
from another guy's material. the guy was a physician from egypt and i was a
physicist from china. (it was probably worse for the egyptian part since
they let his information out) our corporate's general counsel was the chair
of state attorney bar association. he had a conversation with the
immigration attorney and the attorney apologized for his mistake. we ended
up to continue using him and my case passed eventually. the company cut the
contract with the law firm soon after. worse thing could have happened to
the immigration attorney and his firm but we decided not to pursue it.
