个pending吗? 还是只需要使用现有的H1B approval notice。 问题在于，H1B 几个月
后过期，如果到时I485才得到处理，USCIS就会有疑问 （我的current status已经过期
了，又没有告诉它们正在extend）？ 有人有这个经验么？

after you have 485 receipts, at least you are in 485 pending status, no
matter what other status you may in, that is legit status... | F*********u

I will still be able to stay in US legally?
second question is, if EAD is not approved but H1B expires, even I can stay
in US, I can't work anymore?
third question: will I get I485 receipt immediately after USCIS get the
delivery, or it will be when it's actually be processed (which may be months
or even years later)?
