fellow Chinese.
Right now USCIS is processing cases filed before 10/24/2014, so cases filed
this June won't expect a decision till Jan 2016 with current rate of
processing, however it might change depending number of cases USCIS received
.
The law firm will contact service center directly. Contacing senator is an
action that is taken if no response from USCIS within normal processing time
after law firm's inquiry.
I have seem a lot of people filed in May and get greened on this board , i
wonder maybe they filed as EB3 first before oct 2014?
Getting so close, making it so hard to wait any longer..... | l*********0
