1、Birth和Marriage Certificates是485申请用的，和AP、EAD申请没关系。所以主、
副申请人的EAD和AP里放Birth Certficate和Marriage Certificate完全没有必要。只
要放一套在485申请里就够了。485接收了，就可以申请EAD和AP。
2、你又不是申请OPT EAD，在EAD和AP申请材料里也不需要以前的I-20。这也是485申请
可能用到的材料。
3、同理还有PayCheck和W-2，都是485的材料，和EAD、AP没关系，也不需要。
4、如果你以前拿过EAD卡（比如OPT EAD），应该放一张以前EAD卡正反两面的Copy。这
是I-765 Instruction明确写了的。

发帖数: 506 | 9 我赞同你的观点，EAD/AP的申请就是基于485的提交，身份背景的审查主要应该由审485
的人完成。不过好多人是律师交485，律所要求材料都要三份，那就按律师说的办。
