we have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. Our system indicates that we were not able to complete the card with the
documentation initially submitted. We have requested that a biometrics
appointment be scheduled so your Permanent Resident Card may be produced.
You will receive an appointment notice as soon as there is an available date
and time at your local ASC office. Due to backlogs at some sites it may
take more than 60 days for this appointment to be scheduled. If you have
received your notice but missed your appointment, please follow the
instructions on the bottom of the notice to reschedule your appointment.
Your Permanent Resident Card cannot be produced until we receive your
biometrics。
