很快，好像上周末刚刚寄到到，下面的意思就是批准了吗？有这么快吗？不敢相信！
它说发出了电子邮件，但是没有收到啊，这种电子邮件一般会发到哪里呢？律师还是HR?
下面还需要做什么吗？不会有什么改变了把？

现在好像uscis批140的速度变快了。PP好像都是发email的。
PP的是：
