发帖数: 283 | 1 1 sent supporting documents for RFE to the attorney 2 weeks ago and he still
can not get it out till today. Later this week, he has almost stopped
responding. I have been emailing and leaving messages but got no answer. I
had the company head involved this afternoon and the attorney immediately
replied. Not to all but to me only, on top my boss's email, saying that he
already got my 3 emails today(I actually only sent 1 today, 2 were from
yesterday which he did not answer) and will update me if he can just send it
out as is. He sounded pretty annoyed. I am under a time constraint but he
does not think it's necessary for this to rush. Now I am a bit concerned if
he will mess up my case and blame me for that. Am I worrying too much?
I had no other choices. I can prepare everything again and send on my own.
But some were in originals and will require time to prepare. |

He kept saying that he needs to get back the file from his old firm(he
recently switched job)so he can make sure everything looks right. I waited
and waited. Then I told him to just send it (I already checked on my end). I
don't want this to become his excuse later for messing up the case.

attorney had to draft the EVL to make sure descriptions match with what they
claimed before. Unfortunately I never had a copy.

to the state bar association. 这个事情你干不了（so dont tell him that he
will not buy your threat) 因为你只是beneficiary of the case. 然而谁会和自己
