第一次，我写信说明我是NIW， 无需permanent employment letter
一个月之后，来了第二封信,全文如下，还是需要，请问咋办啊？
2nd and final Notice:
Submit a currently dated letter or other evidence from your intended
permanent employer that indicates your current position, if any, your
proffer position, the date your began employment, and the proffered salary
or wage. The letter must indicate whether the terms and conditions of the
employment-based immigrant based visa petition (or labor certification)
continue to exist.
Important: If you have changed employers since filing your application for
adjustment, the letter shall be issued by the new intended permanent
employer. The letter must specify the job title and duties of the proffered
position, the minimal educational and/or training requirements, the date you
actually began employment, and the offered salary or wage. The letter must
be issued by an appropriate authority within the organization who is
authorized to make or confirm an offer of employment.
Additionally, if you have changed employment since filing your application
for adjust of status, please submit a statement which lists the names and
locations of all employers you have had in the U.S and the beginning and end
dates of each position. |

明你就是不给， 那最后就彻底据了你， 看来你没工作， 否则给个证明有啥难的。 |

解释NIW豁免了"permanent labor certification"，所以没必要有permanent
employment. 如果傻叉还没完没了，找个律师跟他们交涉。等你的案子结了，或许可以
到USCIS投诉。这绝对是傻叉IO搞错了，不然不会有那么多学生博士猴走NIW绿了。

只想顺顺当当地把事情办好。就是担心这个傻叉非要permanent employment证明。

我现在有工作单位，可以提供employment verification letter, 但是不能提供
permanent employment verification letter。

律师说， NIW I-140 petition has waived the formal permanent job offer
requirement.

发帖数: 10191 | 17 你这个纯属自己瞎搞。NIW确实不需要雇主背书，但是你申请485的时候也要提供雇主信
，一个证明你现在合法工作，二，信里面必须提你工作相关的内容和你NIW申请的是同
一个范围。比如说一个化学博士拿了化学方向的NIW，但是在保险公司做模型，如果你
不写清楚是同一范围（编吧），485是会被拒的。

这是当初我的律师给拟的信，你让HR开一个就可以。如果HR不愿意在信里加permantent
这个词，还是找个律师帮忙搞吧，second notice了，再搞砸就糗了。

你依葫芦画瓢，回个EVL就行了。很多公司不愿意写permanent，就写regular full-
time 也是一样的。
