NOID的内容如下：
Form ETA 9089, Application For Permanent Employment Certification, states in
Part H that the minimum requirement for this position is a master's degree
in xxx or related technical field. Box 14 of Part H includes the following:
Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education,
experience and/or training that is equivalent to the actual minimum
requirements of the position set forth in sections H.4. to H.14. of this ETA
-9089 application and shows demonstrated ability in the skill sets required
for the position.
This phrase is different form the standard Kellogg language and makes it
unclear what the actual minimum requirements for the position are. Therefore
, the labor certification you have submitted cannot support the requested
immigrant visa classification.
网上也没有找到类似案例，怎么说服IO这个labor certification有明确的minimum
requirements？有碰到过类似情况的希望给些意见，谢谢！ | f******s
