发帖数: 144 | 1 485 pending 180天後被前公司裁員 換到新公司後 最近485 來了RFE
看起來主要是要AC21 跟 supplement J
但問題來了 我做的是EDA (Electrical Design Automation)領域 算是軟硬都有的
但前公司用的SOC code是17-XXXX (Electric Engineer)
新公司用的SOC code是15-XXXX (Software Developer, System Software)
請問這樣485是不是會被拒了...全部號碼都不一樣...
這幾天為了這個真的是鬱悶死了 好不容易等了一年的485眼看就要黃了...
請大家給我點建議吧
