Sorry I touched your nerve. That's not my intention. I do mean sorry.
I said clearly it's a startup and the people I'm seeking is in the funding
team for technology. That's implying risk and minimum salary/benefits for a
while. It's not that I want to cheat. It's just not something I'm

usually, when ppl say semi com, they mean IDMs. (totally about 50 in the
world)
And i don't think that's what u r talking about.
Please clarify what ur start-up is running for? Some inovated devices?
fabless design house? Power application?
