我找的方向主要是photovoltaics, 着重于PN 结
和 MS contact , photodetector 方面。复习了Pierret的 "semiconductor device
fundamentals"的有关章节，想做做这本书的习题，没有找到答案。 不知哪位资深大
侠给小妹指点一下，半导体物理（device)方面的面试会问到哪些问题？
不知这方面面试题难度怎样。到哪儿能找到带答案的习题集做做？
我目前正在看SZE 的书，除此以外还有啥好的推荐？ |

以后，找我的公司都是做solar cell.因为最近新能源炒得厉害，我师兄建议我试试光
伏公司。我上次面试的公司是一个做 PV 的 startup ，招 modeling engineer 。
问的问题也是关于
semiconductor device physics. 所以我才针对这个复习。 你说的Dr.M.A.Green's
entry level bible 是不是偏重于化学？
不好意思。我ＧＯＯＧＬＥ了一下Dr.M.A.Gree 都是关于化学的信息。

Silvaco or self-coding (by Matlab or C)?
I rarely see any PV company (from AMAT,Boeing Spectralab,spire to tiny
start-ups) get opennings for modeling engineers....
seems this start-up getz tons of cash to burn....this is the only reason
that make sense on hiring modeling engineer....
usually, process development or R&D engineers do modeling by themselves...
becasue companies use commerical modeling packages....no need self-coding or
trouble shooting
And it is Dr.M.A.Green not M.A.Gree

说实话，考临阵磨枪进start-up不太容易吧。start-up通常是要来了就能干活的，估计
面试几句就知道你有没有真正做过
了。

要懂很多characterization的知识（parameter extraction，loss...)，而且modeling
是用PSPICE吧
然后要有很多统计学知识，可能用会用JMP之类的东西
当然process engineer都要懂DOE,SPC。。。
