我就随便说so far so good咯,问她啥时候有结果，然后她又说:
They are still gathering feedback so it will be a few days before I get the
final answer but this is the fastest they have ever gotten back to me. This
is good news!
周四收到一个背景调查的邮件，要我提供Other Information Needed for Background
Check submitted for MXXX(我说的这个公司)。我就顺便发信问了recruiter： I'm
not sure whether there is further information regarding my application.
她就回：Yes, it is. We are moving to the next step!
我的问题就是，是不是公司都是先给口头offer再开始background check呢？还是有些
是先background check（background check的信息我在去M公司面试前就填了个
Employment form，信息都包括了）？还是说background check跟offer没直接关系？因
为我没有从HM或recruiter那里收到任何口头offer的信息

前兆么？就是说公司是不是基本确定要你才会给你做background check呢？

一般是，人家有意向要你了，才会background check，因为这种check都是交第三方去
做，是要花钱的。对于一个不合格的candidate，公司没有必要花钱去check。
我的顺序是，面试，三天后，Background Check（知道offer要来了），几天后，接到
HR电话，问immigration status，顺便negotiation offer（negotiate的前提是你有其
他offer在手），几天后，正式offer。

始了？是不是也有BGC公司联系你？

有的职业要求在某些方面做一些比较细的调查.
一般的私营企业,往往就是一天而已. 一般是
1)核实你过去的学位工作经历什么的. 其实很难, 一天时间,随便有几个回复就不错了.
2)还有就是犯罪纪录. FELONY. 而已.
3) 信用记录

然后面我的人打电话给我同事，问我勤不勤奋之类的，估计也有打电话给另外两个吧，
不过我没问他们
然后很快就说making offer给我，然后等了快一个月才收到正式offer，效率相当低。
他们家offer要CEO审批，虽然我只是个小兵
