managemement mainly work in universities teaching. Is it
true? If it is, if I 'd like to run my bussiness in the
future, to get a Ph.D. in finance,accounting, and etc. may
not be helpful, because I have no interest in being a
faculty in a university. Am I right?

reasonable. I want to add more.
I bet you are chinese not American. So, it is very hard for
you to find a good job after you have MBA, even you are from
Harvard. I have met several MBAs from Yale, Harvard in
Shanghai, although they didn't say why they came back, the
reason is that it is difficult for them to get the top
management positions. But if you want to come back to China
as a agent of a foreign company, it is maybe a good idea.

I bet you are chinese not American. So, it is very hard for
you to find a good job after you have MBA, even you are from
Harvard. I have met several MBAs from Yale, Harvard in
Shanghai, although they didn't say why they came back, the
reason is that it is difficult for them to get the top
management positions. But if you want to come back to China
as a agent of a foreign company, it is maybe a good idea.

with eng. & science.

research, apply for PhD in MIS or finance because professors
in these areas prefer applicants with science background,
and job markets are VERY hot. If you want to start your own
business, better figure out a way to make money first, such
as earn a master's in computer science, or an MBA with MIS
