1. I can understand Gongyuan's shares get diluted as Kodak
invests more money into the program. However, how can
the GY people say their shares are being devalued
or even going negative? It will only happen if the
Kodak factory gets bankrupted ( and wont be negative
as in the worst case it just loses all equity values )
2. The Fuji equipment require expensive exclusive Fuji
materials.
This fact does not change when they are under Kodak's
hands.
