spelling) ,
and modern. One differece between classical and Kenian is:
classical believes in a downward economy(demand
is weak), price of resources and labor will drop and the
whole
economy will achieve
a new equilibrium rather fast. 凯恩思 says in a downward
economy
price of labor is rather inelastic and fails to drop
quickly, which
cause the price level of product won't drop to the level to
achieve
naturl production rate. He used this idea to expl

British economist who proposed that high unemployment, being
a result of insufficient consumer spending, could be
relieved by government-sponsored programs. He also advocated
deficit spending by governments to stimulate ecomomic
activity.
