woes is a prime example. after its privatization, it became completely mess.
on the contrary, telecommunication industry performs much better, though BT is
in financial difficulty, service quality is much better, and price is much
lower.
those in europe please make comments on it, those in north america pls provide
some america's experience and make comparison? |
