Are you teaching special Ed? That I don't know much.
But for 牙买加口音 , I think if you begin the conversation from simple
sentences and gradually you will know more about his pronunciation patterns.
There are articles, books talking just about their English,such as the
following from Wikipedia, :

English, despite heavy usage of English words or derivatives. It is to the
