issued jointly yesterday some “guidance” for universities on the meaning
of the Supreme Court’s decision last June in Fisher v. University of Texas.

Basically, Obama admin is saying that colleges and universities can lawfully
use race as the factor to admit a student. ####Bad news if you are Asian
and have kids going to college soon.###
Overwhelming evidence in college admissions data show that Asian students
are discriminated against in college admissions - now Asian students must
have higher SAT scores, GPAs, and better academic merits than any other
racial groups, whites, blacks, latinos, etc. to earn the same spot in
colleges and universities. Asians are essentially competing against each
other when applying to some elite colleges and universities.
If this is not against American's own value and principle (equality, equal
rights and protection under constitution), then I don't know what is.

Asian American kids have been and still are being discriminated against in
college and university admissions. As a parent of 3 kids, it makes me sick
to my stomach that they won’t enjoy a future as much as they could have if
the rules have been fairer. Taking the racial preference policies for
instance, Asian students have been discriminated against by many elite
public and private colleges in the decades. Our kids won’t have the same
equal access as the kids of other races if we don’t unite and fight.
USA is a democratic country where free speech is protected by the U.S.
constitutions. We must speak up for our kids and their better future in
this country. We are not here as second citizens. Raise your voice and get
involved!
So I embarked on a personal journey 10 months ago to help my kids and your
kids. I started Asian Americans Against Affirmative Action facebook page (
https://www.facebook.com/AgainstAA) and today it reached 100 likes. I spent
many weekends, long nights to keep the site running and keep the readers
energized and engaged. I also commented and debated almost on every article
that I can find on race, higher education, and equal access. Reach out to
