aggregation for L2 switches, I don't think it's a good idea.

发帖数: 262 | 4 Just attended UCS tech-day, fabric interconnect
and fabric extender/IO Module is not learning MACs.
So not a switch. All traffic from extender/IOM has
to go thru fabric interconnect which could be connected
to Nexus 5k.
9000v is more like a fabric extender or IO module?
It looks like wireless and wired architecture are
converging.
We have
thick/autonomous AP - standalong switch
thin AP - fabric extender
wireless controller - ASR 9000 to 9000v
