I have loved you from a distance,
and i have loved you intimately.
And i will keep on loving you
-even though it is not right;
we're not right.
Things are not right between us.
And you are as far away as day is to night.
Because i know in my heart
that you loved me once.
And i wish i could capture
that moment and make it stay,
even if for only a day.
So we could remember
and maybe try again.
But that chance seems as remote
