mentioned above. Even for the same presentation you may choose different
greetings for different audience and cases.
As far as teaching a class is concerned, I usually start by saying "let's
get started now. Today we plan to cover/ we'll talk about....." If it is the
very first class in a semester, you may add some more personal greetings
and make things more friendly and cozier.
For presentation I don't know if there is any fixed pattern you can copy. My
suggestion is that you just watch and learn from how others in your field
did it (good ones).
By the way, there may be a good phrase for you. I watched many TV interviews
and invited speeches and found that many people started by saying "Thanks
for having me here today". I guess you could use it as kind of 开场白.
