发帖数: 373 | 6 不能一概而论的，小公司给的工资一般高些，福利好些，工作比较flexible，但是也不
是所有的小公司都这样的，有的剥削的很严重。所以都投着，然后面试的时候好好具体
比较。

已经有两个小公司的onsite面试，感觉不错。很可能有offer。
但是还没有给大公司投简历。
前辈们现在可以说说了。

In big companies, you are likely being trained as specialist and you may
have more talented people as your colleagues, which is a tremendous help to
make you an expert in this field.
In small firms, you will be picking up all things and grow up quickly. It
might be tough as well, but it better prepares your future managerial career
or startup of your own business.
If you already had work experience in big name companies in China before, I
would suggest you go for small firms i | a*****a

personally doubt the working experience in big name companies in China would
help you much on your technical development. In China, you are treated as
a CAD person only in any design institutes or consulting firms unless your
role is a PM or task leader in your project. Big firm does have internal
resource available, however, you may be limited to work on some specific
area instead of the whole process of a project.

consulting field. Any graduates with reasonable work experience should have
enough technical trainings and the abilities for continued learning by
themselves. Good business sense and great communication skills are the keys
to success in consulting.

in the states. Solid technical development does matter in this field also
especially for foreigners. Good communication skill is the basic criterion
for all consultants. Good business sense will be important only if your
goal would be a client officer.

司，比如CDM,
Black and Veatch, carollo engineers, HDR, 等等，对人的发展很好，这些有大也有
中等规
模。而一些大而无当的公司(就不point my index finger to them了)，ENR排名很高，
但真不值
得去。

其实都是我梦昧以求缺去不了的公司.

发帖数: 823 | 15 美国工程类的公司跟IT不完全一样，大小不能太说明实力。因为基本都是买入卖出搞大
的，各个office之间没什么密切联系，文化可能完全不同。不过，如果个人及其有能力
，方方面面都顾及得好，倒是上升空间会不小。
所以不是说大公司不好，而是说“大”本身并不说明什么问题。多了解一下要去的
office的状况，考虑跟未来的direct report是否可能合得来，更实际些。

重要些。但是技术上大的把握还要有。
