young folks feeling more about the bright side.
The first company I worked for, cover all the gas, parking, business lunch,
dinner, gulfing, and Broadway show expense plus 2 new business suits/year
for employee at PM and above level. My old PM once told me that he never
spent much for the lunch in years, either he's out lunch with clients or the
sub(other small consulting firms, lab, driller, surveyor, and equipment

. It is only very hard to find your fist job. Once you accumulate enough
experience, you will find yourself very popular in the job market. The job
itself normally does require a lot of experience, it is not like some people
said that it is a low-tech job.
For your first job, don't ask too much. Just put in application. I found my
problem when I have openings is sometimes I don't get enough applications.

I totally agree with you about lanching the first job. The current job
market seems more inclined to hire ppls with years' experience rather than
fresh graduate. I personally don't care a lot about compensations for the
first job. Hopefully, OP could post some openings on this board to give your
fellows an opportunity to apply.

发帖数: 782 | 11 看来学环境工程的，从长远来看，自己开业还是不错的。我看土木类别里结构的最糟糕
，自己开公司揽不到什么项目，客户资源以及项目的性质决定了。当然，在大城市里，
弄些小房子设计之类的小打小闹除外，那也是不如给人打工好。 |
