download and install a software of IPN, and also need install microsoft
netmeeting.
You will have ten days free trial. After that, you can enjoy it unlimited
talk time if you pay a flat fee of 20 RMB each month.
So far you can only make phonecall in Shanghai and if you have Chinese
IP card, you can make call to anywhere in China.
I tried many times this afternoon and the quality is pretty good.
