is important - meeting with the manager to get a sense whether he likes
your work or not. If he is not scienentifically-friendly to you, you need to
try other programs. Never submit a proposal to a program the manager doesn'
t even want to meet with you. This is signal if you have chance to win.
In addition, for each program, there are some key VIP scientists whose
